This world is becoming more and more *censored*ed up, with people killing each other and supporting bombing other countries and whatnot. Jeez.
Did the Dayton shooter have any political motivation for shooting people or was he just *censored*ed up in general?
That's the thing. Murder is going down, so it is becoming less *censored*ed up.
Mass shootings are going up, so still *censored*ed up, if not more *censored*ed up.
"About 40 white collar Walmart employees exited their office building in San Bruno, Calif. for a moment of silence Wednesday. They're protesting their employer's sale of guns, Abha Bhattarai and Greg Bensinger write."
With better national planning, the walkout would send a better message than just one store.
So not a mass shooting but the guy walked with Neighborhood Market in Springfield Missouri wearing full tactical gear A and a rifle and over a hundred rounds of ammunition all he did was take video we'll talk to people that leave
As shoppers were panicking and fleeing the store, Lucas said the man was taking video on his phone and making comments to people while pushing a shopping cart.
Lucas said the suspect then walked out of the store, where an off-duty firefighter held the suspect at gunpoint until police arrived moments later.
The suspect, a 20-year-old white man, was arrested, but Lucas said police are still working to determine his motives and whether he intended to shoot anyone.
Lucas said the man had more than 100 rounds of ammo.
His intent obviously was to cause chaos here, and he did that, Lucas said.
I"m assuming his intent was probably to show that gun owners aren't bad, and that there's nothing wrong with guns? Bad way, but I think that was his message. But you know if he was a white man, the off-duty firefighter would have shot him right off the bat, if not the cops as soon as they got there.
This logic is stupid. Even if mass shootings are going up (we don't have a big enough sample size since mass shootings were only defined in 2013), overall murder is going down. And school shootings are on the decline as well.
at least one mass shooting per day on average is not helping your argument. Murder may thankfully be down, but mass shootings are still occurring, and often out of hate.
EL PASO, Texas (AP) The man accused of carrying out last weekends deadly mass shooting at a Walmart in the Texas border city of El Paso confessed to officers while he was surrendering and later explained that he had been targeting Mexicans, authorities say.
Wow, who would've thought.
color me teal for shocked.
That's what happens when people like Trump and Republican politicians continue to demonize immigrants and use them as symbol to get support by blaming them. Reminds me of what I read about what the Nazis did.
Except in his manifesto, he said Trump had nothing to do with this and that he hated Republicans.
But keep drinking the Kool Aid.
