This is almost one mass shooting per day, no? Past few years have seen such high and unusual amount of mass shootings, it's so *censored*ed up. And all the politicians will do is send prayers and thoughts but won't do anything to make gun control laws stricter or better. These politicians need to be run out of office. Turned out to be a malfunction with a heater cooler which created loud banging sounds that replicated gun fire. Glad to hear it was a false alarm. We're talking about personal politics here...they don't have to be government or religious politics. You could go shoot 37 people because you think Walt Disney is the devil. Personal politics. Always terrorism. 'the debate or conflict among individuals or parties having or hoping to achieve power' - Politics If your endgame is to "prove" something, or deliver a message of any sort, then your actions are political. All of these shootings have some sort of message tied to them. Some form of intolerance carved out of a personal insecurity...and that's why all of these incidents are terrorism. Through and through. The people don't always have to say "this is for the whites!" or whatever...but if you look up the background of a person and they have extremist views, then it's safe to say what their motive was. If a mass shooting is planned, and not 100% "spur of the moment"...(which pretty much goes for all mass shootings), then it's safe to say that it has a "political" agenda behind it. The guy that walked through the door was the shooter but what the hell is he shooting at? And then he's gone when the operator looks back up. This is another case of men shooting their partners/former partners out of anger. Forgot if this guy had a history of domestic violence as well. But as much as he deserves to be imprisoned, it's pretty disturbing that it took racketeering for him to be imprisoned, and not statutory rape. It was a soldier at home on leave. Atm the shooter is still at large. 2 people were injured including a 12 year old girl. Could have been that he pulled it out to defend himself and the cops thought he was the one. Quite unfortunate and the worst part is that we try to dissect these incidents after they happen and try to figure out why people did or didn't get shot when we should all be united in saying that these shootings should be prevented but we can't even do that.
