Since the SJW's haven't had any coverage for a few weeks due to David Hogg they had to latch on the next ridiculous event and make victims out of two more guys that really could've just left.

It's saying shit like this, which makes you lose any and all credibility.

Why the hell should they have left?

You say that we don't know if they caused trouble prior to the filming of the video...which is one side of the story. And then you say that they "really could have just left". You're completely disregarding what you just said about not knowing what they did (or didn't) do...and are saying that they should have left "just because".

If they did absolutely nothing, then they have every right to be there. Making statements like you just made is assuming in the opposite direction. Instead of assuming that they're innocent until proving guilty, you're assuming that they're guilty until proven innocent...which is obviously worse.

People with that mentality are a big part of the reason why this country is going to hell in a handbasket. "Could've just left"...gtfo with that nonsense. If two guys walk into a public establishment and are asked to leave for no reason, they have every right to fight that. This is America. That's what America is. We have freedom and rights here.

Until a shred of evidence comes forth that paints the story in a different light, the truth of the matter is, those two guys were told to leave for no reason at all. And that is *censored*ed up. That isn't what the USA is.

Starbucks have security cameras, I'm sure. And I'm sure footage exists of those two men entering the store and then being escorted by police moments later (if that is what happened). So...why is this a challenge? Between the eyewitness reports, the cell phone footage, and the security footage (which MUST exist)...this whole thing should be an open and shut case. Either way, your "they could have just left" mentality is unmitigated trash. You're putting all your eggs in the singular basket of "what if?"

Believing in conspiracy theories of "SJWs" and "child actors", and whatever other things you have convinced your brain to fully believe in is one thing...but, you really can't allow your delusions to blind you to actual justice for people who have probably done nothing wrong. Because, it's obvious that you WANT to believe they did this for attention, and you WANT to believe that they did something off camera....and you WANT to believe that SJW's are looking for an excuse to stir shit. And that isn't how justice works. Justice is about what actually happened...and nothing else.

Speaking of pretentious. Here he is folks..right on schedule. And no not really. I like how you always pick one little thing out in people's posts and create bullshit out of one remark than focus on their whole point.

First of all. I feel like I was pretty clear that we don't have enough evidence either way to support either side fully. If what she said was true, or if they aren't telling the whole story, then it could be a situation where they should've ordered something or left, and nothing would have come from it. Or left when the officers came in and not let it get that far. Instead they got arrested. If they are telling the truth and she handled it poorly or with prejudice then yes, she should be punished for it. But no true evidence has come out to support that either.

I never said that them getting arrested was the right call to make did I? I'm just going off of what we know. And until we know more we shouldn't be crying about racism or any of that bullshit. As it sits, it's just another bs reason for sjw's to protest something. This shouldn't have even have made the national news honestly. And if you think we should just take all responsibility away from these guys without knowing then that's just as trash. No one here has said they were definitely guilty before proven otherwise. But to not take a middle of the road stance on this until we know more is irresponsible. You can't sit there and say they were removed for no reason without knowing any more to this story. I mean, you do realize you just took a stance without any proof that these guys were in the right, don't you? Do you not realize that's a crap argument to make? You're just assuming that they're right because reasons. We're talking about evidence here and without real evidence you are picking a side. God you can be ridiculous, lol. Shit all over someone else then you go and say something stupid like that. Everyone needs to take a step back and wait on this. If it turns out the arrest was unjust then by all means file a lawsuit or something.

By the way, being in America, it goes both ways, You may feel it isn't right to be told to leave for no reason and that's your right to feel that way. But for those that just say "censored" your rules, I'm staying" doesn't always make you right or give you a freedom. If a businesses exercises their right to ask someone to leave or deny them service for any reason that is their right also. A lot of businesses even have that posted in their establishments. If there is no clear cut prejudice then they can remove them for what ever reason. Best they can do is just bitch on facebook like everyone else and not return to give them business. The free market will handle it. If the business is denying people on ridiculous levels it's going to suffer. The problem will take care of itself.

Now your last paragraph that you edited in is just pure nonsense. First of all it's one thing to think everything is a conspiracy but I feel the way you say this shit that you've just completely chosen to close any and all chances off in your mind. That's just as dumb. I can understand that the child actors thing is a little wild but you do realize that SJW's aren't a conspiracy, right? lol. If you seriously believe that then you are out of touch or in denial. I'm not WANTING anything or fishing here. I'm saying that there is a possibility that exists that these guys COULD have done or said something before the camera footage started. You're assuming a bunch of bullshit like always. There is no want about it. As far as SJW's go. They exist and they do stir shit, weekly if not almost daily. You refusing that doesn't mean it doesn't exist. It makes you look like an asshole that's falsely trying to discredit people. This isn't really tin foil hat shit. It's happening all the time nowadays.

That isn't what the USA is.

It actually is. If those two gentlemen were white, no one would have called the cops on them. The country's history is filled with moments like these, from Irish immigrants being attacked due to "stealing jobs" to black people being lynched due to the Civil War.

Where are you when homeless (including white ones) people get kicked out of establishments even after buying something or someone helping them buy something? Seems no one raises a fuss on a grand scale like it does if it has even a small chance at being a race issue.

I like how you said "including white ones."

And people have raised a fuss, and they'd raise a fuss if it got covered. Just because you don't notice it doesn't mean it doesn't happen.

The point I was making is you hardly ever complain about something that isn't race related. I threw that in their just to establish that it happens to all colors of homeless so you wouldn't turn it into some other divisive nonsense, and that I hardly ever see you bring cases like that up since you're such a supposed advocate of justice. But I guess that's only when it's racial, right? And yes there are some that raise a fuss but not on the level of stuff like the Starbucks incidents. I guess I shouldn't really be surprised that you would miss that point though.

Picking "one little thing"? No...that's bullshit and you know it. You can't say that they should have just left, and act like that's a small statement, or the least important part of your post. That's a pretty *censored*ing big statement. They had no reason to be escorted. And I certainly never claimed that you said they should be arrested. To my knowledge, they weren't arrested anyway...so that isn't the issue. The issue is, they did nothing worthy of being asked to leave, or of having the police called on them. You can't fly right off the handle and say that "they should have just left"...because that's bullshit. They have the same rights to be there as everyone else. Pretentious? How? Because I think the justice system is more important than your petty conspiracies? Because I think people have the right to be in a public space? I don't think you know what the word pretentious means...

Well they didn't get told to leave until they went to use the bathroom without buying anything. Calling the cops was overkill but after the cops getting there them arguing with the cops was also overkill. They got upset over a policy that a lot of places have.

The bathroom policy is a scapegoat, IMO. The overall Starbucks chain has no such rule about bathroom use. And only now does it come out that individual stores allegedly have this ability to disallow bathroom use without a purchase...on a per-store basis. Generally speaking, I have never heard of any major chain having such a rule. The "no bathroom without purchase" scenario is typically something that mom and pop stores utilize (within reason)...gas stations, bodegas, convenience stores, etc. If the main corporate side of Starbucks has no such rule, then what would Joe Schmoe employee stand to gain from enforcing one? That doesn't make any sense.

Nah you're just pretentious all around. That was the statement. Not singling you out just because of your feelings on this subject. And I explained myself just fine. As I said, you really can't pick a side without more info. Yet here we are and that's what you were doing. There are solutions to each scenario here. We just don't know what the right one is because it hasn't been released and we weren't there. And the biggest dumbshit argument you have is calling any of this conspiracy or painting those that don't feel the way you do as such. Talk about petty.

I'm not sure in the case of Starbucks but there are chains of stores and restaurants that can operate individual policy on top of overall corporate policy if the brand is franchised to smaller groups. Sonic for instance can be leased and operated individually or franchised and are not controlled by corporate. They only have to abide by certain things and sell and advertise as a whole. Everything can depend on that location or store. If this situation was like that, then maybe they do have those rules and corporate only got involved after the media frenzy, which is usually typical.

I can't help it if you have selective memory and/or read selective posts. There's no divisive nonsense, just facts. There's a video of a cop admitting to a white lady that they only kill black men, and there are videos of cops using excessive force on black men while they try to bring in white men with guns without trying to hurt them. If you really have a problem with division, then talk with the Blue Lives Matter people who think people can't support both sides and ignore black men being killed for no reason, or only complain about cops being killed when other news that they don't like are the topic.

And you didn't notice this, but I bring up issues that are main topics or discussed widely.

I didn't miss any point. I just can't be assed to get into another argument about racial issues and injustice with someone who prefers to stay ignorant and not care about the facts as it doesn't affect them.

I think a witness said that a white guy did the same thing, but no one called the cops on him or had any issue with him. The black guys arguing with the cops is justified because they did absolutely nothing wrong to warrant getting kicked out, and some customers actually defended them.

Not sure if this has anything to do with the whole 'net-neutrality' thing but my spectrum bill went up this month $30. They lowered my phone $10, increased my internet $20, and increased my cable another $20 and worded all this shit weird in the explanation. I hope this isn't the start of companies being able to overcharge customers without a valid reason.
