I only consume organic foods, I don't consume anything with processed sugars, artifical flavors, olive oil, I substitute milk with Almond Milk. If a package has ingredients on it that would normally not be in that product, I do not buy it. I do not consume any type of pill, get any type of shots. Everything from my toothpaste to my shampoo/body wash is organic, meaning all natural ingredients. It's more expensive this way, but it is definitely possible. You want cancer?
