They already have a far superior roster and they're about to introduce the cruiserweight division too. Like, they're failing spectacularly at making good use of what they already have, and they're increasing their load instead of improving. Honestly, a CW division would have been perfect for Smackdown. It's about less drama and more wrestling and they don't have a lot on their plate in the first place. They can afford to run a successful division and be consistently good in other areas too. There's really no logic behind having it on RAW instead, other than the fact that they desperately want RAW to be the brand to contain everything cool. SmackDown's star power wasn't as big as Raw's and they still were the better show. History is repeating itself again to the point where I'm afraid that they're gonna leash off of SmackDown's success and stuff Raw with their stars.
