-AC-
So I recently found my old EWR saves, and decided I would do a 2003 WWE diary. It'll be starting in July of 2003. There have been three signings. AJ Styles has been signed to a contract on the Raw Brand in the upper midcard CM Punk has been signed to the Smackdown Brand in the lower midcard Jeff Hardy has been resigned to the company on the Smackdown Brand in the midcard The Hurricane has been traded to Smackdown in exchange for Rhyno, who will now be on Raw World Heavyweight Championship - Triple H World Tag Team Championship - Evolution(Batista & Flair) Intercontinental Championship - Randy Orton Women's Championship - Molly Holly AJ Styles Al Snow Batista Booker T Bubba Ray Dudley Chris Jericho Chris Nowinski Christian D-Von Dudley Gail Kim Garrison Cade Goldberg Ivory Jacqueline Jazz Kane Lance Storm Lita Mark Henry Mark Jindrak Matt Hardy Maven Miss Jackie Molly Holly Randy Orton Rene Dupree Rhyno Ric Flair Rico Rob Conway Rob Van Dam Rodney Mack Rosey Scott Steiner Shawn Michaels Spike Dudley Stacy Keibler Stevie Richards Sylvan Grenier Test The Rock Tommy Dreamer Triple H Trish Stratus Val Venis Victoria William Regal WWE Championship - Brock Lesnar WWE Tag Team Championship - The Basham Brothers WWE United States Championship - Big Show WWE Cruiserweight Championship - Tajiri Akio A-Train Big Show Bill DeMott Billy Gunn Billy Kidman Bradshaw Brock Lesnar Charlie Haas Chavo Guerrero Chris Benoit Chris Kanyon Chuck Palumbo CM Punk Danny Basham Dawn Marie Doug Basham Eddie Guerrero Edge Farooq Funaki Hardcore Holly The Hurricane Jamie Noble Jeff Hardy John Cena Johnny Stamboli Kurt Angle Matt Morgan Nidia Nunzio Orlando Jordan Paul Heyman Rey Mysterio Rhyno Rikishi Sable Sakoda Scotty 2 Hotty Sean O'Haire Shaniqua Shannon Moore Shelton Benjamin Tajiri Torrie Wilson Ultimo Dragon The Undertaker Zach Gowan July, Week 1, 2003 Lance Storm def. Mark Jindrak in an above average match. The crowd was starting getting behind Storm. Triple H was interviewed backstage about who he thinks he will defend his championship against at Vengeance. He said it didn't matter, because he'll put them down. A video aired hyping the debut of AJ Styles for later in the show Lita def. Victoria in a good womens match up The Dudley Boyz def. Test & Scott Steiner in a good tag team bout. The Dudleys made it known they want to be tag team champions again. Intercontinental Champion Randy Orton was interviewed in the back. He was asked about his opinion on AJ Styles making his debut. Orton said some no name from the independent scene doesn't concern him at all. AJ Styles def. Chris Jericho in a great match, in his debut. The crowd was very into this match. AJ Styles offered a handshake after the match, but Jericho brushed it off and left the ring. Batista w/ Ric Flair def. Rob Van Dam in a solid match after Flair distracted the referee and RVD, allowing Batista to roll him up and use his trunks for extra leverage. Main Event: Kane def. Shawn Michaels & Goldberg in a Triple Threat Match. Kane took Goldberg out with a chokeslam through the announce table, and then put HBK away in the ring with a tombstone. Ever since his unmasking last month at the hands of Triple H and Evolution, Kane has been completely unstoppable. Co-General Manager, "Stone Cold" Steve Austin announced that Kane will face Triple H at Vengeance, in a No Disqualification Match.
