When he was a heel he pretty much just walked to the ring very plainly with the belt around his waist and got in the ring and stared into the crowd. Maybe Chris Jericho retroDo you even know how Jericho's heel persona like in 08/09? He's not taunting, he doesn't do the Jericho back pose, he doesn't make the gesture on the apron, basically just walking to the ring as a snob silent heel.
