Designs Disappearing From CAWS? Please help!

No one answered my last question and it's really slowing down my process of making people so I thought I'd try again.

I've been having designs disappear off my caws. Sometimes when I put a Face on a caw using the import tool, I'll get a little of the remaining picture on the CAWs chest. I'll use skin tone designs to hide this and it'll look great but they'll disappear in game.

PLEASE does someone have a workaround to this?

Has no one else run in to this issue? I did a search and didn't see anything.
