August 31, 2015 – Multiple sources now report that not only was WWE Diva Charlotte not involved in the domestic violence arrest of Thomas Latimer, better known as TNA wrestler Bram, but that the two are separated and in the process of divorcing.

F4WOnline.com goes so far as to state that the two are “no longer married,” a fact that had not been reported on by any media outlets until the story of Latimer’s arrest, and subsequent suspension by TNA, was announced this morning.

Still no official word on the victim of the alleged domestic assault by strangulation and false imprisonment, but Latimer posted images on social media of himself with a girlfriend over the past few months, further reinforcing the notion that he and Charlotte, real name Ashley Fliehr, are no longer together.

Latimer had been dating Ashley Allen, who was promoting Bram merchandise up until last week on Twitter and posted the following image a couple of weeks ago.

Charlotte was in action at Friday’s night’s WWE live event in Orlando, as well as last night’s show in Daytona Beach. She has also been active on her social media over the weekend, and posted the following Tweet earlier today to promote her involvement in the “Beat the Clock” challenge on Raw tonight.

Wait, wait, wait...he's married to Charlotte and is dating another girl (also named Ashley)? Or did I read that wrong?

From what I understand, they're not romantically together anymore and are separated. That's just what I read on one of the dirtsheets though so take it with a grain of salt.

Latimer was released today on $5000 bond for the domestic battery by strangulation charge, and another $1000 bond for the false imprisonment charge.

TNA announced yesterday that they had suspended Latimer indefinitely while they work "to gather facts and obtain additional information related to the arrest."

Below are details of the arrest, courtesy of The Gulfport Police Department:

Professional Wrestler Arrested on Domestic Violence Charges

Gulfport, FLOn 8/30 at approximately 6:00 AM, officers responded to a call about a disturbance in an apartment at 3205 58th Street South. There they encountered Thomas R. Latimer and a woman who identified herself as his girlfriend.

The officers observed evidence indicative of a physical altercation, and their investigation revealed that, after the couple had been arguing, the woman felt threatened and sought refuge in her bedroom.

Latimer followed her into the bedroom, closed the door, and refused to allow her to leave. He then pushed the woman onto the bed and was holding her down by her neck.

Latimer, who is a wrestler with TNA Impact Wrestling, was charged with domestic battery by strangulation and false imprisonment. Both are felony charges, and he is currently being held in the Pinellas County Jail.

Bram is one of their active stars, I can see why they chose to publicly suspend him. I wouldn't be against them firing him either because doing what he did is not right.

Yeah, I get that...but some things go beyond that. Like...even Rollins with his dick pic floating around, it didn't hurt anyone. It might have been embarrassing for the company, but it could be shrugged off...laughed about, even. Choking a bitch is kinda serious. TNA needs to man up and let the guy go. Comparatively...Hogan getting released for racist comments. Again, not a good thing...but racist comments don't physically harm anyone's well-being. Hogan is a legend and the biggest dude in WWE history. They let him go without batting an eye. TNA can't keep Bram after he put his hands on a woman just because he's one of their top guys.
