It can only be a bug if the developers intended for it to be different. If the way it is in the video is how they made it, then that's how it will always be. Some moves(like the Regal Bomb, striking moves, and more) are missing while there are re-animations and new moves not seen on last gen. There's no dirty pin on the ps4 version.
