The COGS don't really have any reason to be lead by Marcus etc. Locust were defeated and I imagine he's sick of all of this after Dom's death. I do like the two new characters. Seem a bit bland at first but got good chemistry. And if you consider who Dom and Baird were, they were pretty generic too, but were just awesome. Point blank range shots don't land alot It's really not as inconsistent as people make it out to be. You're likely not 100% on point with your shots. However, there is a bug where if your shotgun is literally inside of someone, the pellets don't really register. Something along those lines, anyway. Watched a video demonstrating it. Anyway, I'm in love with this game. GoW1 was my life, and it feels so good to re-experience it. The character unlocks blow, though. Unreal when someone's sprinting towards you, you see them coming and shoot, and DESPITE spriting, they STILL get the first shot in. *Censored* my connection, man, so frustrating. X1 is ass with these new connectivity issues. And it's not even close to just being me. They changed so much shit, nothing works as well as it did on the 360.
