Hello all, my name is Day Dreamer and I've been a member of this community for a while, and I think it's time we as a community come together and get to know one another. I feel like we can start a new surge in activity in this section so lets all get acquainted with one another.

Why did you join caws.ws?

What made you stay?

Have you recommend this place to others?

Have you made any friendships, or connections? Has this community impacted you in your life offline? What have you learned, hated, wished for? If you could change one thing what would it be?

If you could have dinner with any member past, or present who would it be?

Lets talk..

Hate to be "that guy", but isn't that the purpose of this? The introducing part, at least.

But to add, I joined to share shit CAWs. I'm still here, because nobody can ever leave. Unless they're banished.

It's Vault caws

That is a way to introduce your self, but people often change mature for good or for worse, and I'd like them to introduce the current them in this thread.

Shit caws you say? Is it your intention to make them shit when we have spectacular caws makers already established on this site?

Banished? Do you feel that caws has some overwhelming hold on its members a let's say for lack of a better term illuminati?

Why did you join caws.ws?

Because I was looking for a good X-Pac caw years ago.

What made you stay?

Talking about wrestling.

Have you recommend this place to others?

Yep, my girlfriend even got an account here on my recommendation, though she doesn't use it.

Have you made any friendships, or connections? Has this community impacted you in your life offline? What have you learned, hated, wished for? If you could change one thing what would it be?

I have a good amount of friends here, though none i've met in the real world. I wouldn't say it's really impacted my life offline save for me occasionally seeking advice. If I could change one thing, it'd be the censorship. I say *Censored* a lot.

If you could have dinner with any member past, or present who would it be?

Probably Graeme Jones. He and I became buddies pretty quickly and I think it'd be cool to grab a bite with him and shoot the shit, maybe while watching a wrestling show or something. Also Muur and RyderFan. Anyone really, save for the guys that seem to live for confrontation.

Y'all gotta bring pepsi though.

They weren't totally shit. I just never give myself credit. I know I made some good ones. Like my 2010 Chris Masters and my 2011 Miz. They were my proudest creations, if we're to put it that way.

And I've had times when I've wanted to take a break, but I'm always logged in, so it's a force of habit for me to pop in and see what wrestling related news has happened, which ultimately ends up with me lurking around the board, enjoying the creativity and humour that the people bring. It's a vicious cycle.

stealing Pepsay's design

Why did you join caws.ws?

Been looking up CAWs here since 2008/2009. In 2011 I realized that there was a Forum section on this site. Signed up to post my WWE Universe in SvR'11.

What made you stay?

You either leave the hero or you live long enough to see yourself becoming the heel and getting banned

Have you recommend this place to others?

Yes. None of them signed up though. Except one of my friends who trolled for three days, before getting banned.

Have you made any friendships, or connections?

No. I don't connect. I deliver.

Has this community impacted you in your life offline?

I'm way more cynical now.

What have you learned, hated, wished for?

People can be *censored*s

People, who are *censored*s

People, to not be *censored*s

If you could change one thing what would it be?

*censored*s

If you could have dinner with any member past, or present who would it be?

Big E.

@Ipse please do share more if you have anything more to say we are all listening. We'd love to hear more. Do you continue to look for caws.ws on the newer video games?

@Grand Master Pepsey So are we to assume that X Pac is your favorite wrestler? Are you still an avid fan today? Would you like to have encounters with some of the friends you made here? Do you think removing the censorship here would improve activity?

@TwistedTemptation Now we are getting somewhere! Not giving yourself credit why do you think that you are so hard on yourself? Also do you continue making caws.ws of said wrestlers or have you shifted your focus? Do you really thinking trying to leave caws.ws is the best choice?

Why did you join caws.ws?

- I was a big fan of the SvR game series and I liked to watch WWE and TNA

What made you stay?

- I post pretty rarely now since I don't really watch wrestling all that much
Have you recommend this place to others?

- It depends. If you are a really big fan of wrestling then yes. If you are not a wrestling fan then answer is no because there are bigger and better forums to be apart of.
Have you made any friendships, or connections?

- No.

Has this community impacted you in your life offline?

- This forum has not impacted my life offline at all.

What have you learned, hated, wished for?

- I learned alot of stuff about wrasslin, other than that I have not learned very much at all.

If you could change one thing what would it be?

- I would remove the PG bullshit from the site. The whole censoring of certain words, removing pics for being too controversial/sexy. Also the mods who are way too lock happy regarding threads are very annoying.

If you could have dinner with any member past, or present who would it be?

- Nobody.

Xpac favourite? Nope, Kinda just wanted to beat him black and blue.

Avid Fan? For the most part, I like WWE less than I used to but I adore NJPW and NXT.

Encounters? Probably. But i'm a boring dude so I doubt it'd be any fun for em.

As for the censorship.. No clue honestly. I just hate censorship in general really.

Why did you join caws.ws?

WWE's own forum got closed down :(

That and because I was looking for some Jeff Hardy caws back when svr 07 dropped before I joined any forums actually and came across this site. Discovered more and more caws along the way on here and when WWE's forum shut down,I joined up.

What made you stay?

Communicated with some people that truly turned out to be cool as *Censored* and a lot of funny *censored*ery that goes on from time to time.

Have you recommend this place to others?

To be members no but to find caws and other creations yeah.

Have you made any friendships, or connections?

Yep

Has this community impacted you in your life offline?

Hell no unless it's music wise.

What have you learned, hated, wished for?

Wished for: more smileys and a better system. Learned: Watch out for who you talk with and don't be so quick to think that this person or a group of people are cool right off the bat. Hated: Nothing to be honest. Some stuff I didn't like in the past but I got over it. It's an Internet forum, not the rest of your life if something is said or done you hate. Have your opinions and shit but don't get heated aka use flamebating for no reason. Speaking from what I've seen in the WWE Universe sec if that makes sense.

Adding one more thing that I wouldn't say I don't hate but dislike on my part. Don't like the fact that some judge actions based on the Internet as who you are in person. Whether it's about posting women half naked/saying that I'll do this and that towards them even though I don't say anything at all anymore for the sake of realism of how I view women and being a gentleman in real life ,etc and using terms that'll irk some the wrong way. Goes back to what I was saying about this is just the Internet, not real life. Probably 80% or more things that I do on here I wouldn't do in person if you saw me out somwhere whether I'm by myself or with my kliq. Some won't even know that or bother to find out because of their first judgements on whatever they see me do and just go with it till the end.

5mjt6u.jpg

If you could change one thing what would it be?

Better control within the system of mods.

If you could have dinner with any member past, or present who would it be?

Idk,anyone that I get along with on here and that'll be down for pizza and some drinks I guess. Wings and nachos too lmao.

Why did you join caws.ws?

First started out making CAWs as a hobby (this was before I knew there was a whole community that had been doing it for years). So I looked up a place to share them as I thought I'd done pretty well with a few, and to get feedback from anyone I could find that did these too. Google'd caws and to my surprise, there were actually loads of results found. This site was the top one so I went with that.

What made you stay?

Seeing how crappy my CAWs were compared to these pro's like D, APM, Zurick, Wolfgang and Kung Fu made me want to try get better. That made me stay for the short term but I was getting bored of that. Then I randomly discovered there was a whole other part of the site dedicated to the WWE shows so I stayed for the long term because of that. First time I'd ever discussed the WWE shows and I loved it (even if some of my first posts were cringey af).

Have you recommend this place to others?

I wish I had friends that were interested enough in wrestling to recommend this place. Not many do though, and the ones that do don't realise there's all the non-kayfabe stuff and the dirtsheets and all that.

Have you made any friendships, or connections?

I'd like to think so. I don't tend to talk via the personal message system, but I go out of my way to reply to the guys I do like a lot on here even if I'm gonna shit all over what they just said or have no knowledge about what they're talking about. Pretty much the guys that I like and that I know will discuss/debate well even if we disagree.

Has this community impacted you in your life offline?

Idk about that. I guess I'm more confident about discussing WWE in real life now that I know a lot of people talk about it on here. I know a lot more about it now than I did when I first started, that's for sure. Couldn't debate for shit back then and I'd argue a lot, but that bit doesn't really apply to life outside of CAWs I suppose.

What have you learned, hated, wished for?

Not to be so offended by what people say. I'd get easily offended before and I hated it because I thought it was personal every time so I often shot myself in the foot with the angry reply (sometimes to people I actually like as well :(). I still do it sometimes, but not as much.

If you could change one thing what would it be?

Any of the following:

  • Remove the frequent Zack Ryder discussions altogether
  • "Is Rock black?"
  • The word "subjective" being used as a way to back up a ridiculous claim.

If you could have dinner with any member past, or present who would it be?

Spears/Crazy since I find that I get along with him better than anyone else and have done for a long time now. There are quite a few guys I'd wanna chill with though. Soap is one of them as I always found him to be a cool guy. Don't give a *Censored* what he did in his last few weeks/months here. There are others too and I think they know who they are.

Why did you join caws.ws?

I was looking for SVR 2010 CAWs and then later wanted to post my own CAWs. Then I created this account and about a year later, discovered that there's actually a forum here.

What made you stay?

Fun discussions and interesting members.

Have you recommend this place to others?

No.

Have you made any friendships, or connections? Has this community impacted you in your life offline?

This community has definitely made me more sarcastic, and improved my English language skills.

What have you learned, hated, wished for? If you could change one thing what would it be?

When someone doesn't love everyone else's favorite internet mark darling wrestler, he (used to get) a lot of relentless insults and shit. Then the Unpopular Wrestling Opinions thread was born which is good.

If you could have dinner with any member past, or present who would it be?

The Ric Flair imitator guy.

Why did you join caws.ws?

I was looking for caws for SvR 2008.

What made you stay?

Discussing WWE and WWE Games... though now I give a shit about either, so I stay for the community/football.

Have you recommend this place to others?

I have... though no one I've said to has actually signed up.

Have you made any friendships, or connections? Has this community impacted you in your life offline? What have you learned, hated, wished for? If you could change one thing what would it be?

Well I stopped being so open after people took stuff I said, spread it round and used it to bully. I'm a hell of a lot more secretive. It also helped me grow as a person though, in taking shit since I got it so much.

I'd change how open I was. There's shit people know I don't want them to know.

As for friendships there's people on Skype I talk to every day on here.

Why did you join?

Mainly for CAW formulas initially and a bit of wrestling discussion occasionally.

What made you stay?

I guess I just enjoyed debating wrestling. Was a relatively unknown member for a couple of years despite being a regular so I guess me enjoying posting and engaging in discussions was the only factor that contributed to me staying.

Have you recommended this place to others?

Nah.

Have you made any friendships, or connections? Has this community impacted you in your life offline?

There indeed are quite a few guys here who I'd like to think I'm cool with and can consider to be my friends. Not familiar with any of them beyond the Internet though.

When it comes to offline impact, I guess it has made me a bit more confident when it comes to debating irl? Has also helped me expand on my wrestling knowledge, so there's that.

What have you learned, hated, wished for?

Learned not to let anyone's words affect you that much and just do your own thing. Hated and still do the lifeless trolls and tryhards who disrupt the forum and only really wished for a better design of the place, because it's been plain as shit for as long as I've been a member.

If you could change one thing what would it be?

#RiceOut #RyderFanOut (Would also put an end to Ryder discussions - 2 birds with one stone!) #Muur4Mod

Chris Benoit discussions being banned

If you could have dinner with any member past, or present who would it be?

From the present; Kirky, Crack (ass in dinner >>>), Jeb, Creep, AlterNation, Jiggy, Starstruck, Naka-ddin

Past (also includes inactive): Rockstar, Soap (before he was revealed as a catfish), Noblewolf, Nova

Why did you join caws.ws?

Wanted to discuss wrestling, first site that popped up.

What made you stay?

Habit and lack of good alternatives.

Have you recommend this place to others?

Nope, but I did mention it elsewhere and said I liked it on here, so I guess it's kinda recommending?

Have you made any friendships, or connections?

Well, I have a couple of members on Skype, and some I don't I still like.

Has this community impacted you in your life offline?

Less phased by shit on the web for sure.

What have you learned, hated, wished for?

Not to take shit on the web seriously, like mentioned above. I kinda hate how much some people go against the grain just for the sake of it, but oh well, happens. I wish the forum would be more interesting. At the moment it's kinda shitty. Moderation too, sometimes it's super cool and lenient, sometimes it's very uptight. Would prefer a clearer route, whichever way it is.

If you could change one thing what would it be?

Make 3G admin, so it doesn't look as ugly anymore.

If you could have dinner with any member past, or present who would it be?

Just some of the ones I like, I guess. Limitbreak, Nakamura, FozBouy, Intentz, Status, Oldsie, E37, Crack, Sam. Maybe Starstruck too. Rockstar and Intentz for past members. I can't remember everyone who used to be around but some of the really nice, intelligent members are gone now, I believe, but if I could remember their names I'd surely mention them too.

Well screw you too.

Now it's my turn to do this:

Why did you join?

I wanted a place where I could discuss wrestling with others.

What made you stay?

The fact that there are actually some awesome people here.

Have you recommended this place to others?

Most likely if I had someone to recommend it to.

Have you made any friendships, or connections? Has this community impacted you in your life offline?

Not really.

What have you learned, hated, wished for?

I've learned how to take shit on here.

If you could change one thing what would it be?

Crazylicious would go, a new design for the forum, TheRosh would be brought back, a couple of the trolls would go, etc.

If you could have dinner with any member past, or present who would it be?

Crazylicous, Generations, Mizfit, TheRosh, most likely a few others I can't remember right now.

Why did you join?

WWE 12 CAWs. Wanted a Tensai one specifically

What made you stay?

Was in the WWE games section without ever scrolling down for ages. Then I got to the WWE section and it sucked, but had a few cool people. Once you get to the point where people "know" you and your username to respond in discussions, you're stuck here forever

Have you recommended this place to others?

Nah, just make reference to

Have you made any friendships, or connections? Has this community impacted you in your life offline?

Not offline. But Lyriqz, CrossRhodes, Rockstar, E#37 ended up being the homies. There are a handful of other cool peeps on here but none that I chat with regularly. There are only a few I'd probably consider chilling with outside CAWs, and you best believe mugen and Mustacio top that list.

What have you learned, hated, wished for?

I've learned how much I truly dislike certain things when I see people vehemently defend it with no reason

If you could change one thing what would it be?

Tom Rice Would Be President *queue My President Is Black*

If you could have dinner with any member past, or present who would it be?

Mustacio, mugen, Nino, Gen, Rockstar, CrossRhodes, Lyriqz, Ipsey, #limit all throw down at a big buffet and drink

Why did you join caws.ws? I was getting back into wrestling and wrestling games and wanted to join a community to get up to speed.

What made you stay? Originally it was wrestling dicussion but now I stopped watching I don't really have reason to come here anymore other than lurking

Have you recommend this place to others? Nope, I would never recommend this place to anybody.

Have you made any friendships, or connections? Yeah I few made a few friends that i speak to on skype. Albeit not so much since I have real life commitments nowadays. Kinda miss you skype guys a little though, those were fun days when the chats were rocking.

Has this community impacted you in your life offline? Nope, not at all. Though it has given me certain experience with regards to photoshop and stuff. Skills and all.

What have you learned, hated, wished for? I've learned that some people have blinkers on and it's a waste of time trying to get through to them in a debate or on any level in general, the internet is a great place because nowhere in the world can you find a melting pot of different personalities who actively piss eachother off, it's great. Hate is a strong word, there's not much I hate other than arrogant people who value themselves higher than others, some people live in a total bubble world, but that links in with what I've learned. I wish for a new skin.

If you could change one thing what would it be? I'd make the place slightly more lenient with certain rules. I think things are too black and white. I'd also be more open with the users of the site about changes and anything in general. As a former mod I always felt like there was a ''us vs mod'' mentality that sparked from users filling in gaps about certain situations. Like rumours at a school almost. If the place was more transparent I think the user base would be generally happier

If you could have dinner(really? dinner? sounds more formal than you probably meant it) with any member past, or present who would it be? Muur is underrated, I think he's a cool guy under his shell, i'd hang with him . Oldsie is a chilled out dude, we're pretty similar in that respect. Lyriqz is another guy I like. There's plenty of people on this site who I would hang with but I can't be arsed naming them all.

Why did you join caws.ws?

The original plan was I was going to put PSP caws on here. My PS2 caws were a little sketchy since I was only using magazines and programs as references because I don't have a printer. My PSP ones were really pretty good though because I could just sit infront of my computer with my PSP and find my references on Google images. With 16 layers, the attires were minimal, but the morphs were on point. I had no clue how to capture images from my PSP, but I figured some generous dude on here would just post them after I sent him the formulas. 13 year old me was a little too optimistic and it obviously didn't really pan out. I've only had one of my caws appear on here, a Chris Masters I sent in for a save that Sy was making. But another guy sent in a Chris Masters too and eventually he just put both of our morphs into some hybrid caw that was hideous. Sucks cause my Chris Masters caw was amazing, one of my best really.

What made you stay?

General Chat. I really admired a good number of people so much so that I'd just kind of put up with the abuse I got in this section all the time in the early days just to read their posts. I don't watch wrestling any more, but here I am. I'm still around cause of posters like Lyriqz, Generations, Grenade, Lunchbox, Mustacio, Ollie the Magic Bum, FozBouy, and I'm probably forgetting a few people (I FORGOT CRACK! Crack's great too). I've tried posting on other boards, but this just feels like my home on internet.

Have you recommend this place to others?

No. If I knew people who liked wrestling video games I would though, as this is the best board that covers that area.

Have you made any friendships, or connections?

I would say I've made internet acquaintances. I know both Grenade and Day Dreamer's real names. We all mutually follow each other on twitter. I also have Day Dreamer on Facebook and Instagram. I occasionally have DM conversations with Fufu still. I have no clue what his real name is though, I've never asked him. He goes by Fufu on everything.

If you could change one thing what would it be?

Maybe more freedom with communication. I've always felt really limited in what I can say here. I don't think just posting silly ignorant things should be punishable unless it is harmful towards others and that person complains about it. I think the best threads are the ones where things go off the rails a little bit and things get crazy, so it always kind of sucks to see things get shut down as soon as it's getting fun. I don't know what damage off topic discussion truly causes I guess. Don't tell me I should go to Fun and Games either, I've browsed there it is the worst section by far.

If you could have dinner with any member past, or present who would it be?

Anybody from the list of people I posted earlier in this post.

That's actually a lot better put then what I did, but it's pretty much how I felt explained much better. 100% agreed. And I'd totally hang with you. I know I gave some of the peeps who aren't even on here for wrestling anymore some shit, but then again, you and FozBuoy are two of my absolute favorite members.

Why did you join caws.ws?

I don't remember exactly. I think it was because I had just gotten SVR 2008 or 09 whichever one was on PS3 and had online and wanted to join an E-Fed. I was so good as well. Beat those bitches so bad the owner closed down the E-Fed coz everyone got sick of getting beat and people not doing their matches. Anyways, after that I think I joined another E-Fed and then we moved to a private site as a small group and grew from there. That's a different story all together.

What made you stay?

I have no interest in Wrestling and never had interest in actually discussing WWE in the first place. I have stayed because, it's fun sort of.

When I'm at work and get bored, I just come to this site and have fun in the General chat having jokes or making fun of people/taking the piss. Keeping it light hearted and not taking shit seriously but I try to keep it so I don't greatly offend anyone (I guess I'm doing it right because I have never really been warned for it). Though that depends on the members. Some can take a joke while some tend to get butthurt quite easily.

Sometimes, only some, I like to have some intellectual discussion on topics that catch my interest which are usually light-hearted or about the social and society dynamics. I hate discussing politics or religion or some war shit because 1. I have plenty of outlets to discuss that shit (and I do) in real life and 2. because I hate discussing politics or religion or some war shit and 3. I hate discussing politics or religion or some war shit.

Oh and discussing Video games and Sports is not too shabby either.

Have you recommend this place to others?

Not Really. I don't play WWE or games or Watch WWE regularly so....yea.

Have you made any friendships, or connections?

Oh, plenty. Made quite a few friends and spent a good amount of time playing video games and interacting on Skype with them. That Skype chat was quite interesting while it lasted and was booming. Intentz, Ipse, Mob, Muur, Chaz, Oldsie, Jak, Status, Lyriqz and a few others I can't think of the top of my head are all cool guys. It was good times.

Even Soap. He was quite interesting to talk to while it lasted.

Has this community impacted you in your life offline?

Not really. I'm still the same amount of *censored* I was offline before I joined.

What have you learned, hated, wished for?

My Keyboard Warrior skills (which were already very high tbh with you) have now reached Legendary Status. The credit goes to only and only caws.ws.

If you could change one thing what would it be?

I don't know. Don't really care for anything major tbh.

If you could have dinner with any member past, or present who would it be?

Anyone really. As a group, we could go for a meal as long as no dodgy shit is involved. You could come to my restaurant. Would give you all a good discount on a all you can eat Buffet.
