So this is a great start, but a few changes could make it as great as your Paige. These are a couple of things you should do:

 

1) Head: You have the CAW's head way too round. Kevin's face is shaped like a pudgy cylindrical block. This is a good picture of his face and head to give you an idea of what it looks like:

 

 

2) As soon as you fix his head the next problem is going to be his cheeks. Kevin is a fat guy and his face is really full. I think you will want to make his cheeks less pronounced.

 

3) Kevin's eyebrows don't look right in your CAW. The eyebrows you chose are straight and shirt while Kevin's are thicker towards the nose and kind of curve a bit at the other end (like in your reference picture.) If memory serves there is a set of eyebrows in the game that would fit him perfectly.

 

4) The nose needs some work. The bridge needs to go straight down and be a bit longer and the way you have the actual nose is too wide.

 

5) The beard does not look full and lush enough. After working on beards a lot I realized that there is only so much you can do with facial hair and at a certain point you have to make the jaw bigger in order to make the beard look more lush. If you play around with the jawbone I think you can get the desired effect of the lush beard.

 

6) While we are on the subject of facial hair, the mustache you have does not work. There is one that I remember that would fit a lot better than the one you chose. I would experiment a bit with the mustache.

 

7) His eyes need to be a bit smaller, closer together, and further down from his eyebrows.

 

8) His ears need to be pined back just a bit more.

 

9) Change his hair. There is a buzz cut that I think may look a bit closer to his current haircut.

 

10) Try to fill in some of the empty space above his chin and below his mouth with some more facial hair. The open area looks weird.

 

11) Make Kevin a bit fatter. He has a body like Mick Foley during his Faces of Foley era. I can't tell from the pics but it looks like you have him too built.

 

12) On his shirt the K is fine but the O needs some work. Instead of the letter I would go to numbers and try a zero to replace it with.

 

13) Finally his taped fists go too far up on his forearms. Kevin's taped fists go about 2 inches over his wrists.

 

I know that these seem like a lot, but your really have a diamond in the rough here and there is a perfect CAW in here. I can see it.
