squisherNASH Posted May 17, 2015 Report Share Posted May 17, 2015 I've had the game for Xbox one for about two weeks and each time that I have tried to access the community creations or Xbox live via WWE 2K15 I get the error message "network error has occurred, you are currently disconnected from the network and as a result Xbox live features and the Xbox store currently unavailable" I'm only able to access community creations and download anything from there maybe one out of every 20 times I try to access it. And then from there I'm only able to stay connected for at most 30 seconds. My Internet speed is running at 20 megs and no other game/device in my home has a problem with the Internet signal. Is anybody else encountering this problem and if so, how do I remedy the issue? Do I uninstall the game and reinstall it? Is this problem even fixable? If I were to uninstall the game from my hard drive and then reinstall it, would I lose all data associated with my game? Including created wrestlers and all WWE universe stuff?
