I have alot of paint tools I created face paints and such, I would like to get off of 2k14 and on to 2k15. Is there anyone who could give me advice on how to do this?

Anyone have any advice on how I can transfer my Paint tools from 2k14 (360) to 2k15 (360) or atleast get them off of my 360 to be useable on X-Box One when I get the new system.

Even with a Xbox 360 Transfer Cable? No way to open of the images in the save?
