Animated Justice League and DC Animation

Recommended Posts

I know I am not the only guy who thinks that CN needs a some type of Action DC cartoon series. To me Teen Titans Go has plummet the viewership of DC comic fans. If they haven't noticed by now, not only kids watch CN teens and young adults do as well. In my view a JL cartoon will fix all that! Because for like the past 3 or 2 yrs Marvel has been kicking DCs a** in the action cartoon genre.

Do you feel that a DC action series is what this gen needs, or do you feel okay with it now?

Even though I don't like that Teen Titans Go crap, it's obviously meant to appeal to younger audiences just like almost every other show on daytime CN. I definitely wouldn't mind another show for all audiences that's as epic as Justice League/JLU even if they need to throw it on Toonami's lineup. The animated movies imo are truly the greatest things from them since the JL series, just saw Batman VS Robin and if you're a fan you NEED to see that shit.

Red Hood, Son of Batman, and Batman VS Robin need to be seen by every DC fan.

I know they've been picking up the pace on the animated movies as of late, but those movies never recieve the right attention that it deserves. Plus with the upcoming Justice League live action movie projects, they should do an animated series. Truly some people (especially the die-hard comicbook fans) want a good reason to wake up Saturday Morning, and a new JL series can totally help. A lot people been dying for something that basically gives us that anticipation and suspense for a while.

By the way @Status if you want to know something that really flopped, it was Beware The Batman. As soon as it got good it went off the air!

I'm just ready for Teen Titans Go to Go the hell away! But you guys are right The DC movie are awesome I hope eventually they'll make an Doomsday vs Justice League movie(even tho, Superman is the only one who can take him down), I would like to see what it would look like to see how would the other heroes hold up against "The man who killed Superman".

I've watched most of DC's animated shows like the first teen titans series, the batman animated series, and the justice league series, but i've never seem the whole 100% of all those shows. (but i plan to some time soon) the only DC animated show that i've watched completely was young justice. I really loved that show and was really disappointed when i found out they cancelled it. It had great action, interesting characters, good character development, i didn't really understand why it got cancelled. I guess it was due to ratings? I hope they can continue it in the future.

They had Young Justice but that shit flopped.

Young Justice wasn't a flop, it was one of the more viewed shows. It was cancelled because Mattel cancelled the toy line because it wasn't doing well. The show was primiarly funded by the toy deal.
In a somewhat Yound Justice related news: the Justice League vs Teen Titans animated movie looks pretty good.
