I feel like T-mobile are one of the last big companies that actually treat people like customers, and don't just say "you'll pay for our shit and you'll love it!" I know it's probably just pandering, tbh...but I really do feel like they "try".
Completely the opposite over here... they are the most expensive and you have to go through hell to get something done through their customer service (actually worked there too for a very brief time).
Can't complain, about coverage and stabilitty though... but their prices are abnormal. But I guess it's mostly due to my location and place where I live.
