if you are talking about for 2k14, it came out, but I think many have said the links are down now. As far as 2k15 is concerned, you don't need an import tool anymore. Game allows it normally.

i know,the links are down thats why i ask if someone has it here.
As for 2k15,the creatin mode is so low that the "import" cant save it(especially with -creatin storyline)
