Interactive today announced WWE Immortals, a free-to-play mobile game developed by Mortal Kombat studio NetherRealm in association with Phosphor Game Studios. Due to launch worldwide in 2015, WWE Immortals is coming to iPad, iPhone, iPod Touch and Android devices. Unfortunately, WWE and Warner Bros. aren't sharing many details about the game. All we know is that it will "feature epic Superstar battles in a fantastically re-imagined WWE world." WWE and Warner say further details, including information about gameplay features, will be announced sometime ahead of WWE Immortals' release next year. We also don't have any images or video to look at, so the picture of gamer-guy Big Show above will have to do for now. I was legitimately excited about this for the brief period of time that I thought it might be an XBL/PSN game...or better yet, a full disc-based game. All I'll say at this point is that in this case I don't expect any sort of creation mode nor do I think there should be for a game like this, but I do expect the gameplay style to be pretty awesome. Spamming Nooblet Posted December 13, 2014 Report Share Posted December 13, 2014 Certain mobile games are actually pretty decent. Many games made by Gameloft are very fun to play on the go. Plus if you have a tablet (or your smartphone edited a certain way), you can play certain games with your console controller if you have a USB cable and an OTG cable. Mobile gaming isn't all about Candy Crush, Angry Birds and other bullshit like that. Playing the Asphalt series by Gameloft using my PS3 controller feels like playing on a console, but viewing a smaller screen. The graphics for the Asphalt series are pretty decent.
