What if dated someone then down the line told you they had had a sex change? I wouldn't have a problem with it obviously but knowing that a person's sexual orientation can change during transition...I'm not sure...I wouldn't end things with them but I'd be cautious I guess, try not to get serious..... If they told me after we've been going out for a while, I'd be a bit weirded out but that's it. If I was with someone and they wanted a sex change, I'd have to end things with them.
