So just saw this posted by Jeff Jarrett on Twitter ....

(1) Landed in Japan on Saturday and was very busy since I arrived... To say this trip was productive would be a HUGE understatement. (2) I'll be posting pictures and discussing this trip later this week... It's 5am in Tokyo right now and I'm headed out the door for some. (3) ...cardio... So, all I'll say for now is... #BulletClub !!! @NJPW1972 @AJStylesOrg @ImpactDOC @Machinegunka @ScottDAmore @GFWWrestling

And a few pictures....

Just kill it before the joke becomes bigger. This is nWo 2000 all over again.

It was already dying once Devitt left and Styles came into the picture. As much as I love AJ, Devitt WAS the Bullet Club, and neither Styles nor Anderson can replace him. Once he left, it hasn't felt like the Bullet Club. It was still a good group, but nowhere near what it was when Devitt was leader. Jarrett is just the final nail in the coffin

Also, did the Bucks leave the Bullet Club? And when did D'Amore join?

As far as i know the Bucks are still part of the Bullet Club and D'Amore joined the same time as Jarrett.

lol Everybody is jumping the Shark over Double J joining the Bullet Club. This is part of New Japan's deal with GFW.

I....I don't know if you know what Jumping The Shark is.

Anyways, scrap it from your mind that this is "Bullet Club" because it is in name, yet its not. Devitt left, the club died. Only thing keeping me happy with them is the Bucks, KA, and Tonga

I don't want Double J's old ass in Bullet Club. Now that he's in the group, he's most likely going to overshadow the hell out of Styles and Anderson. Not to mention the fact that I don't think he fits in with the group at all.

That's my main problem tbh.

And the Bullet Club did not die when Devitt left. There is a reason why it's called a "Rebirth". It's a different Bullet Club than before, but it's still the Bullet Club.

The whole basis for their gimmick is that they're a bunch of obnoxious foreigners and sort of a wannabe nWo. There is nothing original or fresh about The Bullet Club, but that's intentional, and a big part of what makes them such effective bad guys. They think they're so edgy and creative, but in reality they're just a bunch of young punks trying to imitate the wrestlers they grew up watching. It makes perfect sense for Jeff Jarrett to be involved, because those characters would look up to a guy like him. If you're mad, then they're doing something right. They're not supposed to be anti-heroes or "cool heels". An old timer like Double J takes away any cool factor they had left, which is great.

I know this hasn't always been the idea behind the Bullet Club, but personally, I prefer this version. Before it was just kind of a bunch of random heels thrown together. It was a pretty generic evil gaijin stable, and AJ Styles is a much better leader, to be honest. It's morphed into something with a lot more substance. Before they were just bad because they were rude foreign guys. Now they're more of a clever parody of that and all of the other played out heel factions that have been rehashed a million times, especially the nWo. I love how these characters come off as guys that can talk the talk but not necessarily walk the walk. They'd like to think they're as tough and rebellious as the original nWo, but deep down, they know they're from a completely different generation of softer wrestlers that are more likely to be found playing video games together backstage than partying with coke and hookers. It's a great a story and as someone who is sick to death of seeing the nWo and DX revisited, I genuinely hate these guys. For me, they're some of the, if not the best heels in the business today. I can't stand them, so kudos to NJPW.

AJ Styles isn't the leader. Karl Anderson is.

But yeah... I personally start to prefer the new Bullet Club to the old one too.

Because now they actually seem to have a gimmick together.

And while I though AJ did not really fit into the group at the beginning, he totally grew into the role and also looks much more fitting than before.

Right. Poor choice of words on my part calling him the leader. I think you know where I was coming from though. He replaced Devitt and is obviously the main focus of the group right now. I think he's great in that role. I was skeptical at first too because I always preferred AJ as a babyface and never really found the Bullet Club all that interesting in the past. But I think it's grown into something really entertaining.

Yeah, I see

What I really like about the Bullet Club now is actually the fact that AJ Styles is not the leader. Karl Anderson taking over made sense and he really does a good job by making the other members look like their "beneath" him in the group. Mainly because he does all the talking.

Saw this on my timeline via OSW Review:

Poor Tanahashi :( At least Okada won the G1 :) I always have and always will hate Jeff Jarrett, smash as many guitars as you want Jeff you still won't draw shit. I never want to see a wrestling company fail or wrestlers out of jobs but I cannot wait for GFW to fail, sorry but thats just how I feel.

All you did was just take what that dude who's name is escaping me, said on the WCW DVD. Jarrett has drawn money

That's a running joke on OSW Review. Whenever they mention Jarrett, they bring up the "Smashed 1000 guitars, never drew a dime" guy in the corner of the screen

Bullet Clubs handsign is the Wolfpac one, them nor New Japan clearly don't care about nWo comparisons.

IIRC, the Bucks got Scott Hall's (or Kevin Nash's, I can't remember) blessing to use the Wolfpac sign
