ECWDanSelby Posted January 19, 2014 Report Share Posted January 19, 2014 Hi guys, So i'm officially pulling my hair out... I got the new update (2.1), installed fine. I used it that night perfectly. Next day, I accidentally clicked on the 2.1 file again (the installer file). I then went to use the software (which is now 2.3.exe) and every time I try to load my PT file, I get a 'File not loaded' error. Tried it with my backup PT files, too, and I get the same thing. Anyone else know how to fix this problem? I have emailed KG and he has been responding previously, but i'm guessing he may be working on a fix/is busy or something..
