The FU and STFU was secondary finisher.

When he first debuted, his finisher was a Spin-Out Powerbomb. Then after he mocked Brock Lesnar's finisher, thus he created the F-U.

 

The STF-U came about when Eric Bishoff made an stipulation when he faced Chris Masters.

The protobomb (spin-out powerbomb) the signature move he does today, slightly modified and he won a few matches with the emerald flowsion (non spiked version).

For the most part he did the spin-out powerbomb, which of course he still uses but as a setup for the FKS. He still does the emerald flowsion, but it's very rare now:

You mean when he scoop's the person's leg and suplex's them? I remember when he always would irish ripped his opponent into the corner and immediately do it. Sometimes he did it as one of his signatures.

Pretty sure the FU and Attitude Adjustment is the same thing.

I was going to repsone to that but I think it will be better for the unpopular opinion topic.

I like his move-set, but I don't think it is enough for the WWE.
