WCW fans, when did The Giant have ring pyro?

I've been trying to figure this out for a while now. In the game WCW Nitro, there's footage of The Giant's entrance, with the ring lit green, he does the chokeslam taunt, and there's huge red flame pyro.

 

I looked up some pre-nWo footage (95-96) of The Giant, but there's no pyro except at the stage. Then he joined the nWo in '96, and I'm pretty sure he had no pyro or green lighting when he was with the nWo. And with him in the nWo during 1998 until his departure from WCW, I guess that pretty much leaves 1997. I've been scouring what clips I can from Google, but it isn't much help. If anybody has a specific date or clip, that'd be great. The reason why I'm asking about this is because I wanted to watch the whole entrance from start to finish. I wanted to base my Giant's entrance in WWE 2K14 on that version.
