I've found something interesting while looking in Create A Arena and recently while I did a CM Punk vs Ryback match at the Vengeance Arena. If you look near the Vengeance or any other electronic billboard, on top of it actually, you will see the LoW crowd if you look closely. One of them is wearing a Bret Hart shirt. and other than that, this could be the replacement of the flat crowd seen in SvR 2009, 2010, 2011 and other games before WWE '13/'12.
