Can someone please tell me or give a link to where I can learn how to make custom Trons with real pics/vid on the PS3?

I have been very lucky to find some Trons that were done that include real life pics of wrestlers like Hogan & Savage for the PS3. I am the first to admit that I am not the most tech savvy person in the world but I am willing to take directions & give it my best try. Any help someone would like the extend would be greatly appreciated.

can only done with paint tools as far as i know. there's a tutorial video posted by Smacktalks on Youtube.
