* IMPORTANT *

Make sure you turn off the special effects in match options before starting this storyline. It removes the replays on finishers. Certain scripted triggers will attempt to play when a set amount of damage is dealt out to a body part. The game seems to crash if it tries to play the next cut scene as the replays are still playing.

Turn it off.

The following storyline is based loosely on the events of the attitude era. I'm not sticking to what happened in real life 100%, so for example whatever happened at a ppv the night before this story starts... Did not happen in the game.

But certain things like rivalries or big historical moments will be reflected.

It's pretty cut scene heavy... But that's because it's a story being told more than just a list of matches to get through. Hopefully nothing is too difficult or too vague so you struggle not knowing what you're supposed to do next. It does say on the loading screens... Although if you find yourself backstage in a fight... The objectives there are to just beat up the other guys and knock them out.

The tags for the story will be WLF as usual.

Part 1

This episode starts with DX coming to the ring to gloat they hold all the gold and that there is nothing anyone can do about it. Vince McMahon however wants revenge for something that happened previously (it's explained in the story via a flashback) and so sets about trying to get the titles off DX.

Part 2

Following the events of Summerslam, Mr McMahon continues his struggle against the DX group as other new storylines and faces show up. The story leads us into Judgement Day, but after DX Shock the world... Mr McMahon worries what the future will hold for the WWF.

From now on the story will contain dlc so you will need fan access to download and play. I won't be making a non dlc version as because I can't use caws... The roster is VERY small and so I need the extra wrestlers. Otherwise the story would just be the same few faces all wrestling each other over and over.

Part 3 - work in process
