No promo intended, download my black nWo logo and use the brush to draw in the lettering to your liking, then erase all grudge-y to give your letters the scratchy look. Zoom even closer for your lettering in the bottom, don't worry about how shitty it looks cause once you zoom out it looks pretty good. Use fill to make every thing white or whatever color you desire.
