Bright Idea, but how would it work?

Much like in Firepro Wrestling, for those who don't know what that is. I'll describe it for what it is worth, basically an Eight Bit Indie Game that is fully "Costumizationable" I put that like that because the Eight Bit idea ruins the entire point of costumization since you can't tell one person from another. One of the feature that people who have played it have been begging for years for is a AI Functioning or setting ability, basically to set up how a person plays a match if you are watching an AI Vs AI match. Now I won't lie since Firepro is a Internet Forum game, you pretty much have to get online to find out how everything works, that isn't for WWE games trust me I found the situation annoying as hell in Firepro.

How could be simplify an AI Function or Setting system that isn't something you'd have to get online forums to tell you how the hell it works?

It could be made fairly simple the same way Moveset assigning is done....or as was done in HCTP...

Taunt: Often (O), Average (A), Rarely ®, Never (N)

Climb Top Rope: O, A, R, N

Use Weapon: .....

Roll Out of Ring: ....

Use Submissions: ....

Tag Out: ....

Then for Moves they could allow people to toggle a mid or late match set, rather then ruin what they already have as per usual.

Have one mindset as we have thus far...or toggle so that you can have a Early, Mid, and Late set.

Strong Grapple Up then Right could be a Dragon Whip in the Early Moveset, a Snap Suplex in the Mid set, and a Buzaiku Knee (sp?) in the Late set.

Additionally, as in Fire Pro, you could set frequency. So Benoit could have a high frequency on Snap Suplex so that late in the game the AI would hit them often.

You could use this to simulate exhaustion on a big guy (less big moves late in, weaker running strikes/grapples) or to establish that its late in the match and both opponents are putting it all out there (like a Misawa/Kobashi match)

....but none of that will be done....

*sigh*

And even id it were done....the tiny number of moves we have left would lead to everyone seeming even more carbon copy-y.

*double sigh*

Seems, like it would take a lot of time to get use to using. I don't know if enough people that buy the game would pay any attention to setting up how the A.I would work if you simmed a match, that is probably the major question would it be used by a large portion of people.
