Hair, sideburns etc. are placeholder for now and undecided. Some of the detailing appears to be a little dark too. Credit to The D for mouth detailing ideas. I'd suggest to make the eye width smaller, work on eye x axis, make the mouth smaller, more chubby overall. Try to make it more odd...
