Mr. T-Zone
We are 4 weeks away from the upcoming TLC PPV. Singles Match : US Champion King v Alberto Del Rio Welcome Back to another night of Monday Night RAW. We are 1 day removed from Last Night’s Survivor Series PPV. Last night, the “Tekken Beast” King defeated Bruce Irvin in a hard fought match to successfully retain the US Title. Irvin nearly pulled an upset victory, following a series of vicious knee strikes throughout the match. As Irvin went for the final pin attempt, King would reverse it holding onto his trunks. King is a walking target as Champion. For weeks, the aristocratic Alberto Del Rio has been attacking his fellow Mexican superstars (Mysterio, Armor King & him). Del Rio stated that average people like them should not have the spotlight. It is Del Rio’s destiny to get attention & earn Championships. Del Rio was tired of them making a mockery of the Mexican culture. Tonight, Del Rio makes an example of the “Tekken Beast.” We don’t know how King is feeling after last night’s match with Bruce Irvin. The “Game” Triple H will be in King’s corner for tonight’s opening contest. Highlights : Before the match starts, King gets into it with the referee. The argument allowed Alberto Del Rio to put on brass knuckles & laid out the US Champion. Triple H tried to explain to the ref. what just happened,. King is determined to continue the match, as we get underway. Del Rio goes on to target King’s weakened head & arms. Despite the pre-match assault, King is able to hold his own. King launches a barrage of strikes & kicks which takes Del Rio by surprise. Del Rio counters a thrown punch from King into the Cross Armbreaker. Proving so resilient, King was able to get to the ropes in time, thanks to Triple H. Del Rio tried to leave the match, until Triple got in his way. As the action returned inside, King accidentally bumped into the ref. knocking him out. Del Rio immediately attacked King’s arms nonstop. Triple H couldn’t risk helping King. Del Rio is able to lock in the Cross Armbreaker as the ref recovers. Final Moments: King is able to break the hold. This only infuriates Del Rio whom starts to argue with the ref. Del Rio attacks the ref & shoves him down. The ref threw this match out, calling it a no contest. Despite this, Del Rio continued his assault on King. Triple H tried to get involved, but Del Rio was able to knock him from the ropes, before running away. Winner : NO CONTEST Post Match : Triple H gets into the ring to check on King, who is not moving in the ring. Triple H tries to call for some help as we end this segment. Singles Match : WWE Champion The Miz v Craig Marduk Last Night at Survivor Series, the Miz took apart in the SD SS Elimination Match. The Miz’s team were unable to pick up the victory over Kane, Big Show & Brock Lesnar. Earlier in the night, The Miz talked to the RAW GM earlier tonight. Miz said last night’s lost was a fluke. He could beat any of those guys 1 on 1. As WWE Champion, that means you’re the best. No, that makes him awesome. Since Miz has won the WWE Title from Kevin Nash 3 months ago, he hasn’t been making much of an impact. Really, Miz asks the RAW GM. Miz claims he’s the #1 most must see Champion in WWE. As Miz boasts, the maniac Craig Marduk overheard him. Marduk says Miz is a joke of a Champion. Marduk grabbed Miz by the throat threatening to end his career. The RAW GM decided to make this match official. Highlights : The Miz tried whatever it took, to bring Marduk down. The maniac continued to squash any major momentum the Miz could gain. Miz tried to target Marduk’s limbs, in hopes of slowing the big man down. It worked for a moment, which gave Miz the chance to go for the Full Nelson. Marduk would easily break the hold, tossing the WWE Champion around like nothing. Miz responded with a snap DDT, followed by a continued assault. Final Moments : The Miz tries to end this match now. Miz goes for the Skull Crushing Finale, as Marduk recovers. Marduk counters with a huge elbow, which sends a shockwave down Miz’s spine. Miz can barely stand . Marduk choke slams the awesome one. As Miz recovers, Marduk lifts & puts him away with the Jackhammer. Marduk goes for the pin attempt, and gets the 3 count. Winner : Craig Marduk As Marduk hovers above the fallen Miz, he looks over at the WWE Title sitting at ringside. What is going through the maniac’s head. “Name’s Marduk don’t you forget it, Miz!” Triple Threat Match : Divas Champion Kharma v Beth Phoenix v Vickie Guerrero Last Night at Survivor Series, Beth Phoenix defended the Divas Title against Kharma & Vickie Guerrero. Beth did everything in her power, to prevent Kharma from destroying Vickie & her. Beth & Kharma continued assaulting each other nonstop. It’s like Vickie wasn’t considered an actual competitor as they easily kept striking her down. There were multiple Glam Slams & Impact Busters seen throughout the match, most of which couldn’t help end the match. In the end, Kharma was able to throw out Vickie & power bombing Beth to win the match & the Divas Title. After weeks of being avoided, Kharma finally got back from Beth, what was hers, the Divas Title. Kharma said she doesn’t plan on losing the title anytime soon. Beth demanded another shot, insulting & agitating Kharma. This is a nontitle return match. Match Highlights : Due to the time length, I will not be posting Triple Threat details. My apologies. This match went on for 15 minutes. Final Moments : Divas Champion Kharma This was a similar match to the Survivor Series match posted earlier. Kharma & Beth focused on each other, almost ignoring Vickie. The cougar would get a chair & weakened Beth following a chairshot. Kharma too advantage attacking Beth once more, to ensure she didn’t get up. Kharma turned her attention to Vickie, laying her out with the Implant Buster. Singles Match : Brodus Clay v R-Truth This will be the main event for tonight’s Monday Night RAW. The “Funkasaurus” Brodus Clay returns to raw to take on the Jimmy hater, R-Truth. Since making his return on Superstars, months ago, no superstar has been able to stop the Funky one. Once the train starts running, the funk will drop an opponent. R-Truth is the latest superstar whom believes he can Clay’s momentum. That’s what’s up. Final Moments : Brodus Clay via pinfall R-Truth came close to beating the Funkasuarus…. Brodus Clay was unable to gain any offense most of the match. Once Clay got his hands on Truth with a modified suplex, the momentum shifted. Truth was about to put Clay away with the What’s Up, when Clay countered with a modified Gory face buster. Clay soon followed that up with the What the Funk cross body. desp0t
*censored*. I put Demolition on Free Agent and these *Censored*s are showing up as mystery superstars all the damn time and winning the tag titles even though they aint in my Universe. How the hell do I get them out? Anyways, what's happening is that Kofi and Truth were WWE tag champs. Kofi defeated Stone Cold in a no holds barred match for the no1. contendership for WWE title, the next week he lost himself and Truth the tag titles. The week before the PPV Truth interfered in Kofi's match with SCSA and injured him. Throughout the next month Truth begun to dominate as a heel and eventually won the WWE Title in about two months. When he won it, he was about to take a steel chair to Rock's head as insult to injury... when Kofi came out and beat the new champ up. Awesome set up for a nice feud. Kelly rolls Michelle up twice but it's only a two-count both times. Kelly goes for a bulldog but McCool counters and connects with a big kick and a clothesline. Michelle places Kelly on the turnbuckle where she hits a superplex onto Kelly. Michelle takes too long to cover her and Kelly kicks out. McCool goes to power bomb Kelly, but Kelly counters with an arm drag. Eventually Kelly hit a DDT to retain the Divas Championship. Winner and Still Divas Champion: Kelly Kelly World Heavyweight Championship © Kane vs. Ezekiel Jackson - I simulated this one. Winner and New WWE Champion: Brock Lesnar 30 Man Royal Rumble Match Order Of Entry Rey Mysterio Triple H Drew McIntyre Kofi Kingston Sheamus Heath Slater Wade Barrett Justin Gabriel Daniel Bryan Cody Rhodes Dolph Ziggler David Otunga Michael Cole The Miz Edge John Morrison CM Punk Christian R-Truth John Cena Booker T Mark Henry Batista Eddie Guerrero Big Show Sin Cara Jim Ross Alberto Del Rio Shawn Michaels The Undertaker Quick Match Summary - Not to bad of a Royal Rumble with a lot of Star power that featured it's fair share of shocking moments including Michael Cole eliminating both Justin Gabriel and Cody Rhodes. Batista was able to eliminate Booker T and Chrstian at the same time. Even the former members of Nexus started an alliance that included several eliminations but it all came down to Shawn Michaels, Alberto Del Rio, Sin Cara and The Undertaker as the final 4. Del Rio gained momentum until he was cut off by HBK. Undertaker eliminated Sin Cara after a big Choke Slam but was then eliminated himself after a Sweet Chin Music from Shawn Michaels. It is down to HBK and Del Rio with a title opportunity at WrestleMania hanging in the balance. Both go back and forth saving themselves on several ocassions but it was HBK who prevailed in the end eliminating Alberto Del Rio and earning a title opportunity at WrestleMania. The question now is who will "Mr. WrestleMania" share the spotlight with this time on the "Grandest Stage Of Them All?"
