Hope yall like them. Let me know. Here are some Original CAWs, new name suggestions are welcome but so names (for example Mike Mizanin) were used before the superstar was anything (I ripped it for my guy back in his UPW days when I never thought he'd be where he is today). Rex is blurred bc it is a Tweaked Punk CAW that I thought would fit for my game. Anyway, if they're are any you are interested in and want to see the attires, just let me know. Here are some mugshots: This is the first original CAW I have posted. Right now it has been going under the name Chupacabra, but I'm not sure if I like that or not. His style of wrestling is a cross between Liger and Benoit's Wild Pegasus time. If yall have any suggestions feel free to post them. Hopefully I will have up an Original showcase later this weekend. Just got done taking pictures of 49 CAWs so once I paste them together Ill post them if yall would like me to. Ok, here it is: ??? Deranged You will notice that many of the CAWs that I created on my game are inspired or modeled after real wrestlers or people. But sometimes you see a gimmick and think, "wow that could work. why don't i add this instead, etc." And eventually the CAW ends up becoming a completely different CAW, however the inspiration is still very prevalent. Some might not exactly view those as original but I do and I enjoy making CAWs that way. That is how this guy came about, and over the years, he has morphed into his own personality(moves, styles, etc.) amongst my group of wrestlers. Obey Posted August 7, 2011 Report Share Posted August 7, 2011 I wouldn't have done the Liger mask and that awfull hair, if I were you I'd try out with some more colors aswell because red black and white isn't that original. jweb1331 Posted August 7, 2011 Report Share Posted August 7, 2011 i like it man very original and as far as using the red, black, white combo its very common in wrestling to use those colors and there is nothing wrong with it as it opens using other colors for the alts. as far as the name first i need to know an origin for him is he a japanese wrestler or a mexican luchador? also is there a certain way you want to go with him a heel or a face? I've said the same thing before. I've done it and although half of them on my page have that color scheme I've changed all but three since then. I think it's hard to use those horns without drawing comparisons to Liger but. I think he has his own unique look. I like him. For the record, what's wrong with just calling him Chupacabra? When I originally started creating him I had Super Dragon in mind, but I guess bc the Liger mask is so distinctive it lead me in that direction. I like the name Tsukurite. It makes the cross from Rey's mask more relevant. I also like Rojo Volante. This CAW actually began as an alternate costume for a lucha CAW -- so that would of fit really well. I'm not sure that I really understand what you are saying about the colors. If you mean that maybe I should use a more colorful color scheme, I just don't feel like that would work with how I wanted the CAW's personality to be in my game. You're right, it is pretty basic, but I think it works with him. I actually thought of using Cthulhu as the name of the CAW, but scrapped it bc it couldn't of compared to deathbyego's Cthulhu from '10. Thanks for the feedback guys. I appreciate it. Yeah, The Alpha Male basically came about bc a) I didn't want to keep calling him Onyx bc Onyx is a real wrestler and b) I could not think of a better name for him. To be honest, naming the CAW is the hardest part for me. Also, I called him The Alpha Male because in the storylines in my game it was like Onyx was evolving and The Alpha Male gimmick pushed him from the midcard to mainevent. (However, Marcus Johnston does work well, maybe Lawrence Johnston or Levi Johnston? Johnston suits him well) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
