Btw I know this is a crazy thing to ask but can you try to make something close to that without paint tool and with only 32 layers? This is one of the greatest Sub-Zero caws I have EVER seen before, I LOVE IT! 1 thing though, you might want to move the layer of the "eye scar" so that its shown under his mask and not over it.
