Help with Macho Man CAW

Greetings people. I need some help with the Macho Man CAW.

10. Face Paint 53: [b]90, 40, -5, 10[/b]
11. Makeup 28: 96, -25, -20, 100
12. Face> Skin> Marks/Scars 20: [b]94, -5, 10, 30[/b]
13. Facial Hair> Template 25: [b]90, 10, -100, 100[/b]
14. Facial Hair> Sideburns 9: [b]90, 10, -10, 100[/b]
15. Facial Hair> Sideburns 16: [b]90, 10, -15, 100[/b]
16. Facial Hair> Template 8: [b]90, 10, -10, 100[/b]
17. Facial Hair> Goatee 1: [b]90, 10, -5, 100[/b]

My problem is, I get the number choices for each layer i.e.: Face Paint 53. But the numbers in bold, I dont understand how to plug in those numbers. I spent almost 4 hours trying to figure it out, but I dont get it. Can someone please explain the numbers in BOLD, thanks for your help.
