Tomko's has used a Torture Rack to a Neckbreaker, but I don't think I've ever seen him do a TKO. Samoan Drop Clutch 02, Swing Shoulder Cutter Drop, but then there is no Swing Shoulder Cutt Drop Impact. Which doesn't make any sense.
