mraston Posted May 9, 2008 Report Share Posted May 9, 2008 Hey people. I've had a search through the threads for something like this but the only option files I can find are for E-feds. Anyway, over the last couple of days I've been making up a few CAWs that I've liked either from these threads, from the Original/Custom CAWs list or from you crazy CAW makers own web pages. But it got me wondering... "has there EVER been a full 30 CAW option file made that contains the BEST CAWS.ws has to offer?" I mean most people know the likes of "Riot," "Munich" & "Teryo Law" for example but it can be really REALLY time consuming having to make all these guys from scratch. Now I don't know if the creators of these CAWS would be keen on pitting their best again eachother but it's just a thought aye? So i was thinking we put forward our CAW nominations, finalize say a top 50, vote who's in the top 30, then make the file? Again, if this has been done before, i apologize but if not... You would probably run into a lot of flaming over that--so I dunno if an actual released save would be worth the time, effort and drama. How do you guys do it? [/quote] Most guys use a cap card. Me? I take pics off the tv with a digital camera, load them to my computer, then upload them to imageshack (.us, not com) or tinypic. From there, it gives you a url for your pic, then you use the img at the beginning, and /img at the end (encased in [], so [img] for the beginning for example) Standard BB posting...not hard to get a handle on Put any more forward? Well, on 06 I didn't really have that many CAWs...Scorpion, Sapphire, Jeff Pryce, and Cyclone were all I've released, and John Moyer was made for me to do whatever I wished with ( whoa wait a minute now xD ) I also made Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes of GI Joe fame, but I don't believe I ever posted them Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Vulpes R Posted May 14, 2008 Report Share Posted May 14, 2008 Tip for taking pics with digi cam: flash off, stand 2 - 3 feet away from the TV and have all the lights out. I find that taking them during dusk works best. As for editing them, I use Paint Shop Pro, crop the image to a good size, resize, then "shaprness more", finally enhance photo > clarify, strength of 5 to get the best detail. :3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

mraston Posted May 21, 2008 Author Report Share Posted May 21, 2008 Hey people, quick update. Just spent the last couple of nights going through save files from ZXWWF. Theres a few CAWs im going to pull. Shawn Damian is currently undefeated 12-0 in hardcore fights/Backstage brawls on Legend difficulty, cpu vs cpu! Quality! DX2's Scorpion & John Moyers appearances have been MAJORLY updated from the ZXWWF season 2 versions! Movesets are still to finished. and finally Sarah Warfield (Thr33x), Rachel Williams (XWF), Emily (ZXWWF) & Demura (LuckySeven) had an EPIC 27minute battle royal that saw all 4 women go past the 20minute mark! (Again on legend difficulty, cpu vs cpu!) Sarah Warfield came out on top, countering a superkick from Rachel Williams straight into an ankle-lock! Wish i could have recored this match! It was more entertaining than WWE & TNA recently! Waiting on a CAW File from Vulpes R before i annouce anymore updates. Thanks for reading. Peace! I had almost finalized the CAWs that i had on the card! (Just waiting on Vulpes's "Best Of" save. nudge, nudge! ) But i had a power cut lastnite while saving my PES2008 option file! Bottom line is ALL my data on my card is now corrupted! EVERY game save has to go!! I did make a backup of this file on my PC a few weeks ago but its missing ALOT of updates! So instead of having to put all that data in manually again I'm sending out a PLEA for the following CAWs!! Preferably in some kind of save file?
