Not too bad of work on the Bod Kane...only thing IMO that you should do is possibly move the designs closer together where there is less black spacing between them

There Is No Way To Fix It, The Playstation Versions Of The Game Only Allow You 32 Layers To Work With, I Would Suggest Leaving Out The Flames On The Back Of His Attire And See How Much That Frees Up Layers, Other Than That, IYou Could Probably Get Away Without Using Facial Hair Or The Eye Make Up Aswell, As His Hair Covers His Face For The Most Part!!! If You Go With Those Suggestion Should Free Up Anywhere From 14-19 Layers Sorry If That Doesnt Help!!!!!!
